General Field Rules

Dogs must be kept on their lead until the gates are securely shut.

Do not enter our secure car park until the previous customer has exited with their dog(s).

All dog waste must be picked up and placed in the bins provided. We can only take dog waste- all rubbish must be taken with you!

Each booking is for a 55 minute session (unless multiple consecutive bookings are placed) which includes a 5 minute buffer to clean up and exit the field. The hirer must ensure they have left the field within this time so it is available for the next booking.

If you arrived late to your appointment, you must still leave when your session time is finished.

Dogs should not be left unattended at any time.

Please be aware that the field is within a working farm. Take care when driving and drive no more than 5mph through our farm yard. Give way to any farm vehicles.

Please note that we may be working in our fields surrounding the dog pen or driving by in farm machinery.

Please be advised that all vehicles parked on our property are left entirely at their owners risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents, damage or otherwise to your vehicles while they are on our premises.

The car park and field are monitored by CCTV for your security. The car park camera will shine a light up upon motion when it is dark out to make it easier to see. Please be aware that there is no currently additional lighting in the paddock.

XL Bullies 

XL Bullies are welcome to use the field as long as the following rules are followed:

• You comply with the current government guidelines – https://www.gov.uk/guidance/ban-on-xl-bully-dogs

• Have your own public liability insurance

• Your dog must be on a lead and muzzled outside the field including going to and from the car. The muzzle can be taken off once inside the field and the gate is securely closed.

• You can provide proof of exemption and insurance upon request

Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings can be made right here on the website by clicking the “Book Now” button above and are paid for in advance via paypal, either directly from your paypal account or via a credit/debit card as a guest user. This will show on your bank statement as “PAYPAL *LEADSOFF”.
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled but are non-refundable. By making a booking with us you agree to abide by the terms and conditions on the website at the time you make your booking.

Entry to the Field & Responsibilities

Leads Off And Love It holds liability insurance however, the use of the secure field is entirely at your own risk.

Hirers must inspect the field to ensure that the height of the fence and wire mesh size are suitable for their dogs security and are responsible for shutting the gate properly during their hire period.

It is the hirers responsibility to ensure safe entry and exit within the allocated time slot. Do not enter our secure car park until the previous user has left with their dog(s). The hirer must exit the field promptly so the following booking can enter on time.

The field and fencing are inspected regularly for security but we will not accept liability for any escaping dog due to digging by the hirers dog(s) or any other animals or fallen trees on the fencing. If you have any concerns about the security of the field please contact us immediately.

Leads Off And Love It is a part of a farm field which may contain natural hazards, such as uneven ground or fallen branches. We will not be held responsible for any injury to you, your dog(s), family or friends in relation to the ground or field conditions.

In wet weather, the field may become muddy. It is the responsibility of the hirer to wear suitable footwear and clothing.

We will not be held responsible for loss, theft, injury to yourself or your dog(s), damage or accidents sustained to individuals, animals or personal property whilst using the Leads Off And Love It field, or on the property at Lane End Farm.

Should it prove necessary we reserve the right to close the field at anytime, customers will be notified in advance and a full refund will be given.

The appointment booking does not grant any rights over the land and the hirer accepts that the Lane End Farm owners maintain full control and possession of the field and parking areas at all times.

Dog Health & Handling

Ensure that dogs are healthy, wormed and adequately vaccinated.
If you have any health concerns about your dog, or any other dog it may have recently been in close proximity to please either rearrange or cancel your appointment.
Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed. Rough handling and verbal abuse are also not permitted.

Your Family, Children & Friends

Children are always welcome but you are responsible for their supervision and safety at all times. You can bring other family and friends to enjoy the open space and dog walking with you but their safety is your responsibility under our terms and conditions. Please do not let children climb on the dog agility equipment.

Booking and payment is only ever taken in regards to total number of dogs. However, we reserve the right to refuse access to excessively sized groups of people without prior arrangement and agreement from us.

The Fence, Training Equipment and Dog toys

Please do not climb on the fence or gates. Any breakages or damage to the fence or gates must be paid for by the responsible party.

Dog training equipment and toys are provided but the use thereof is entirely at the users own risk and we cannot accept responsibility for any accident, injury or damage to owners, dog(s), children, family and friends or their personal possessions from the use of said equipment and toys.

Privacy and Data

We retain your first name, last name, mobile number and email address in order to track your payments and provide you with information on field closure due to exceptional weather, fence repair or other extenuating circumstances.

Your personal information will never be shared with any third parties.

Should you wish for us to remove any personal data relating to your visit you may contact us to do so via the leadsoffandloveit@gmail.com email after your visit.
